A frequent visitor outside my studio window, the Downy Woodpecker can be seen yearround in the New England Area, while they show off their plumage or eating berries and peck on trees. So, I was inspired to create a mixed media collage for this digitally printed holiday greeting card. You can see the textures of canvas, watercolor, zippers, stitching and mesh fabric from the original.
